4. 20:45 Parade of all the choirs to the open Guardian Theatre of Municipality of Preveza "Giannis Ritsos"
5. 21:15 Arrival of choirs at the area of the event, claiming seating arrangements
6. 21:30 Beginning of the Opening Ceremony
   1. Greetings by local authorities
   2. Presentation of the choirs participating in the 41st I. C. F. of Preveza
   3. The participating choirs perform a piece
